Destruction of Personal Data - actions as a result of which it becomes impossible to restore the content of personal data in the personal data information system and (or) as a result of which material carriers of personal data are destroyed
Blocking of Personal Data - temporary termination of the processing of personal data (except in cases where processing is necessary to clarify personal data)
User – any individual who is on the Site and performs any actions on it, including purchasing goods or receiving services, filling out a feedback form, or otherwise entering into a relationship with the Operator (email, etc.). The User is a subject of personal data

To fulfill an agreement to which the subject of personal data is a party, beneficiary, or guarantor
To conclude an agreement at the initiative of the subject of personal data or an agreement under which the subject of personal data will be a beneficiary or guarantor

For all categories of personal data subjects, personal data is processed by the Operator within the framework of legal relationships with the Operator regulated by the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and the Labor Code of the Russian Federation.
For all categories of personal data subjects, personal data is processed by the Operator with the consent of the personal data subjects, provided either in writing or by performing conclusive actions on the Site, including requesting a callback and (or) sending a message to the Operator's email address specified in clause 1.6 of the Policy.

The Operator processes personal data on a legal and fair basis to fulfill the functions, powers, and duties assigned by legislation, and to exercise the rights and legitimate interests of the Operator, the Operator's employees, and third parties
The Operator receives personal data directly from the personal data subjects
The Operator processes personal data using both automated and non-automated methods, with and without the use of computer technology
Personal data processing actions include collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, changing), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, and destruction
Databases containing information with personal data of citizens of the Russian Federation are located within the territory of the Russian Federation
Information on Ensuring Personal Data Security
The Operator appoints a person responsible for organizing the processing of personal data to fulfill the duties provided for by the Federal Law "On Personal Data" and the regulatory legal acts adopted in accordance with it.
The Operator applies a complex of legal, organizational, and technical measures to ensure the security of personal data, maintaining the confidentiality of personal data and protecting it from unlawful actions:
Provides unrestricted access to the Policy, a copy of which is posted on the Site
Develops local acts in pursuance of the Policy
Familiarizes its employees with the provisions of the legislation on personal data, as well as with the Policy and other local acts adopted for its implementation, if such implementation is required
Allows employees access to personal data processed in the Operator's information system, as well as to their material carriers, only for the performance of labor duties
Establishes rules for access to personal data processed in the Operator's information system and ensures the registration and recording of all actions performed with them
Performs an assessment of the harm that may be caused to personal data subjects in case of violation of the Federal Law "On Personal Data", the correlation of the specified harm and the measures taken by the Operator aimed at ensuring the fulfillment of duties provided for by the specified federal law
Determines threats to the security of personal data during its processing in the Operator's information system
Applies organizational and technical measures and uses information protection tools necessary to achieve the established level of personal data security
Detects facts of unauthorized access to personal data and takes response measures, including the restoration of personal data modified or destroyed as a result of unauthorized access
Evaluates the effectiveness of the measures taken to ensure the security of personal data prior to the commissioning of the Operator's information system
Performs internal control of the compliance of personal data processing with the Federal Law "On Personal Data", regulatory legal acts adopted in accordance with them, requirements for the protection of personal data, the Policy, and other local acts, including control over the measures taken to ensure the security of personal data and their security level during processing in the Operator's information system
Rights of Personal Data Subjects
The personal data subject has the right:
To receive personal data relating to the subject and information regarding its processing
To clarify, block, or destroy their personal data if it is incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, illegally obtained, or unnecessary for the stated purpose of processing
To withdraw their consent to the processing of personal data during negotiations between the parties
To protect their rights and legitimate interests, including compensation for damages and moral harm in court
To appeal against the actions or omissions of the Operator to the authorized body for the protection of the rights of personal data subjects or in court
To exercise their rights and legitimate interests, personal data subjects have the right to contact the Operator or send a request personally or through a representative, including by email.
The request must contain the information specified in parts 3 and 7 of Article 14 of the Federal Law "On Personal Data" and must be sent to the email address specified in clause 1.6 of the Policy.
Final Provisions
The Operator has the right to make changes to this Policy without the User's consent
The new version of the Policy comes into force from the moment it is published on the Site, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Policy
